Concealed weapons, no permits? Bill filed for Louisiana

A proposal to amend the Louisiana Constitution to allow Louisiana residents over the age of 21 to possess a concealed gun without a permit has been pre-filed by state Rep. Barry Ivey, R-Baton Rouge.
