BATON ROUGE — The Louisiana State Legislature’s special session will be half over at mid-week, but the Ways and Means Committee — the first test for any tax legislation — has yet to vote on any revenue measures. And it may not happen even by the end of the week, Gov. John Bel Edwards impatience notwithstanding.
